These files contain the number of establishments,
jobs, and payroll for New York State and counties
by industry. The industries are defined
using the North American Industry Classification
System (NAICS) for all reports starting with
the 1998 report. Earlier reports use the
Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) system.
The downloadable files are comma-quote
delimited ASCII text files for import into other
programs.
