Flood Recovery Grant Program

The deadline to apply for this program was October 30, 2006. If you already received a grant and would like to apply for the second disbursement (“Phase II”), please complete and submit the Phase II Application Form prior to March 31, 2007.  You must submit documentation showing actual expenses incurred to recover from the flood damage, such as invoices, receipts and proof of payment. To claim reimbursement for lost or damaged inventory or equipment, please submit proof of existing inventory or equipment prior to June 26, 2006.
