High Quality, Affordable Health Care
Unprecedented investments in health care have placed New York State among the national leaders in expanding health care coverage and providing access to high quality and affordable health services. The State has launched new programs to ensure access to health care for all New Yorkers. These include Family Health Plus, Healthy New York, Child Health Plus, and the Elderly Pharmaceutical Insurance Coverage Program (EPIC).
