Moynihan Station Development Corporation seeks to increase the rail capacity of the current Penn Station and more efficiently link multiple transportation projects.  A new façade in the form of the grand, ESD-owned Farley Post Office Building will create a fitting entrance into New York.  The resulting super-hub will revitalize the neighborhood and create a new business district.
