Subsidiaries
In addition to Empire State Development’s primary role to
assist and support businesses and encourage economic
investment and prosperity in New York State, we serve as the
parent corporation for nine subsidiary corporations. Each
subsidiary operates as an independent entity, with a board,
president and staff, and each is associated with large-scale development projects.
