From Albany and points south:

• Take I-87 North to Exit 39 (sign says Cumberland Head / Ferry
  to Vermont).

• Follow signs for ferry off highway.

• Exit ramp will bring you to an access road headed east.

• At traffic light turn right (route 9 headed south).

• Proceed about 1.2 miles from traffic light. Pass McDonalds and
  some condos on the left.

• Look on left for dark green sign for West Bay Plaza.

• Turn into West Bay Plaza. Turn left immediately into the first parking
  lot behind the West Bay Plaza sign.

From the North:

• Follow signs for (Ponte) Champlain Bridge to Route 15 south – continue
  to US Border on Rte 15

• Once across border, Rte 15 becomes I-87. Continue south to Exit 39 east.

• Exit ramp will bring you to an access road headed east.

• Follow signs for ferry and Cumberland Head off highway until you get
  to traffic light.

• At traffic light turn right (Route 9 headed south).

• Proceed about 1.2 miles from traffic light. Pass McDonalds and some
  condos on the left.

• Look on left for dark green sign for West Bay Plaza.

• Turn into West Bay Plaza.

• Turn left immediately into the first parking lot behind the West Bay Plaza sign.
